Hiring Carl was a life-changer!  When we brought in Carl to assist with the placement of our relative, we were desperate, to say the least. Our elderly relative, who had been living at home with minimal care and had hoped to do so for the rest of her life, suffered a medical crisis that required immediate, permanent nursing home care. Our relative was despondent (“I don’t want to be a ward of the state”), and we, as her closest relatives, felt overwhelmed and hopeless. Within days of having our relative’s medical records, Carl found 3 excellent options for us, including two “gold standard” facilities that we had assumed were simply not feasible based on our relative’s financial situation. Within a week of hiring Carl, our relative was settled into a beautiful facility with excellent care, a result that was unimaginable to us before we found Carl.
